Offers and points are a huge pain. The store doesn't know how to use them, so they ring up things separately. Then when I pay for the second transaction, they tell me I can't scan again, so I've been screwed out of points more than once because of it. Nothing here is special enough to keep making the trip. No wonder it's always deserted.

don't expect if you have any issues with not getting your order or any problems don't expect any help. they drag you in circles until you just give up. it's impossible to talk to anyone and no one actually cares about your problem. 3 refunds I've not gotten because they keep telling me it's someone else's problem. horrible app. as for your response to my review, I already reach out multiple times and was told it's the stores problem. whereas they say it's a mobile app issue.

missed seeing that Canada was auto selected. I'm in the States. have been told nothing can be done to fix. have to resign up with a new email I do not have. I have enough challenges working technology. too bad, because I order from Tims every week. this would have been nice. be warned carefully check everything before signing up a new account regretfully.
